Due to the coronavirus pandemic, our collection service is currently running a limited service. In order to assure the safety of our customers and staff, two of our branches in Canary Wharf are currently closed.
However, you can book a collection from our London Bridge branch during limited operating hours.
To order your currency you must use the form to reserve your currency to book an appointment, a member of our team will then contact you to confirm your collection appointment.

We would encourage you to stay at home unless necessary.
Our staff are behind a glass screen and all money is handled using sufficient protective equipment. All money we receive will be placed into isolation before being re-distributed to limit the spread of coronavirus.
Although it is not currently a requirement, we do recommend you wear sufficient protective equipment such as a face mask and gloves, when visiting our branches and especially if travelling via public transport.
