When you first visit our website, our cookie banner lets you Accept All, Reject All or Customise which types of optional cookies you allow. Analytics and advertising cookies are not used until you agree to them.

What cookies are

Strictly necessary (always on)

These are needed for the website to work and do not need your consent.

• laravel_session and XSRF-TOKEN: keep your session and order form working, and protect forms against misuse. Deleted when you close your browser.


• cookieyes-consent: remembers your cookie choices so we don't ask again on every page. Kept for 12 months.

Analytics (only with your consent)

• Google Analytics: helps us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and how people reach us.

Advertising and marketing (only with your consent)

• Google Ads: measures whether our Google adverts lead to visits and orders, and lets us show our adverts to people who have visited our site.


• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram adverts, and lets us show our adverts to people who have visited our site.


• GetYourGuide: our homepage shows a GetYourGuide widget, which loads GetYourGuide's own tracking so they can credit us for bookings. The widget only appears once you have accepted advertising cookies.


• acefx_aff and acefx_aff_visitor: if you reach us through a partner's referral link, these record which partner referred you so we can pay them commission. Without consent, the referral is remembered for your current visit only. Kept for 30 days and 12 months.

Some links take you to partner websites, such as Awin affiliate links. Any cookies those sites set are covered by their own policies.

Other third-party services

• Google reCAPTCHA (money transfer forms): protects the forms against spam.


• Google Maps (branch pages): shows our branch locations.
